Agile and ACP Certification

COURSE OVERVIEW:

In this training course, participants will be trained to become an Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) and be able to align their Agile development experiences to their specific careers and organizations.

COURSE OBJECTIVE:

In this intensive Agile and ACP Certification training course, participants will learn how to:

  • Prepare to pass the ACP examination while completing the required contact hours/PDUs
  • Learn to maneuver the tools, techniques, knowledge and skills exam scope
  • Coordinate participant’s Agile experience with the six domains of practice
  • Re-evaluate essential topics in the Agile and ACP suggested reference materials
  • Build a strategic plan for self-study between the course and participant’s exam schedule

    • Eliminating nonvalue-adding processes
    • Reducing Work in Progress (WIP)
